Kandy, the hill capital of the Island of Sri Lanka was also the Kingdom of Kandy from 1469 till 1815, rich in history, culture and biodiversity the city has a very special place in my heart having been my childhood home
This is the grand entryway to the Stephen A. Schwarzman Building, the flagship building of the New York Public Library from 5th Avenue, Manhattan, originally opened to the general public in 1911
This photograph was captured while visiting South Carolina last year and credit to the above caption should go to Joe Giordano as it was he who drew the parallel between this photo and Mister Ed, the talking horse, featured in the popular American sitcom going back to the 1960’s
